Wearing Down Joe Manchin and the Fossil Fuelers

The Nation magazine today published an article I wrote about Joe Manchin, the climate crisis, FERC, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and actions past and future in West Virginia. Here’s some of what I said:
